​With guidance from your coach, you can navigate towards your goals in a way you probably never have been able to before in your life. You will have someone by your side, who not only holds you accountable but gently nudges you forward when you feel stuck. When we decide to work together I will be your coach who believes already in the version of you that you want to aspire to, even when you can’t do this yourself just yet.

12-weekly 45-60 minute 1:1 Coaching Sessions where we will set you up for success for each week to come

Weekly exercises to help you embody each of the elements for that specific week

Journal Prompts throughout the program

Meditations to help you ground and release any stuck energy so that you can move forward

Email support in between sessions
This is an exceptional experience that will change your self-sabotaging habits and in turn, change the quality of your life. Our habits are the number one determinator of the quality of our lives, and these program sessions will be individually designed depending on the goals you want to achieve.
